Hehe I'm gathering all I can everything will be ready to serve.

But seeing a little bit more of June done would be better so 🤞🤞🤞

Yeah, I was thinking of working with a new set of scans (April, May and June) by, maybe, the 10th or so? I'd be happy with one every like 10 days...

Yep good timing I think.

I'll update all the files before that.

Hi everyone,

By now, you know I am crazy right?

Ok so that's established... I checked March hehe....hehe... distraction from the most needed fire....

It is getting extremely close to my wedding venue... (I feel so bad for even thinking like this )

These are the concluded cases - only concluded cases- that will appear as either denial or approval on USCIS reports for this quarter.

This data has March to November mostly up to date.

March      April      May     June     July       Aug       Sept         Oct      Nov      Total
Oct W1 74 163 111 7 8 7 16 31   417
Oct W2 58 109 191 4 2 2   62   428
Oct W3 70 95 161 1 1     42   370
Oct W4 60 84 239 2   1   47   433
Nov W1 63 105 345 12 9 11 3 56 8 612
Nov W2 23 59 223 8 3   3 1 41 361
Nov W3 29 83 278 20 2 4 1   26 443
Nov W4 17 74 172 69 1         333
Nov W5 31 63 187 115 2         398
Dec W1 4 35 93 105           237
Total 429 870 2000 343 28 25 23 239 75 4032

As it shows around 4000. I want to add something to that number.

I've checked all of March and April.

And this is how it looks (I have also checked February but not relevant to our numbers at the moment.)

               March      April     Total
Received 2105 830 2935
Pending 859 593 1452
Approved 1019 1898 2917
Excluded 679 636 1315
Total 4662 3957 8619

Apparently, especially in March the tracker wasn't working properly,  and I believe we can easily say the same for April & a 20% of May.

However, as most of March was done by October, I'll only give a 500 cases concluded in this Q for them, and about a 1000 for April.

I believe we can also easily say a 500 cases in May goes into the same category.

So I'll be generous about denials and Make this a total of 3000 cases not updated on the tracker.

which makes a 4000(from above)+3000=7000

As a low expected number per quarter would be around 10000 cases. we have 3000 to go.

This is a close touch to the end of June to July.

I hope they won't suddenly slow down again,

however at this point I am expecting for June to be touched every where by Christmas (just like May a few weeks ago, touched everywhere but a few Juners waiting around)

And for July to start slowly please understand this really means slowly.

Just like May and June it will start with small amount of 30-40s would be my estimation.

I really hope things can pick up further, because at this moment I believe VJ timelines are +-a week correct.

But hey I am still hoping for a Valentine day approval----romantic in me never dies and I like to live dangerously

*Notice for new comers:

(I'm sorry if anyone is new and never heard or read about the past calculations and discussions has been made here.)

However, 2 important things to know would be

  1) They don't update every status correctly, we have seen many approvals without an update on the USCIS case tracker

  2) The new month tends to start when "case received" status is around 1000s

Hi.Can you also know how many days will November filers wait for their approval? I have read a blog on visatutor that November-February filers (winter season) has faster approval.

That's the million dollars question :). What @Naes said is the most accurate we can get right now.

did she check on a computer?

sometimes if checked from a phone it doesn't show properly.

Unless when she enters her number on uscis and it says the same thing it can't be correct.

The sheet up till now it is always correct. I can try checking if I know the number or at least a in between which numbers and recheck the status.

I also  saw many people checking the wrong number at first btw.

Hi, I can't find my case number too. But as i checked the USCIS app it says its active. And it was stated there that they got our application on Nov 1, so I am looking at Nov 1 cases and I cant find my case number. As I looked at the Nov filers from the list , it should be in between number 30 and 31 ,,but seems like it was skipped

I may be mistaken but I think you all may be assuming that the google drive Excel sheet has some precedence over the actual USCIS information as you would retrieve it from the app(s) yourself. The info is only transferred from the USCIS public info so if you can see your info there (from an app or USCIS Online but not on the spreadsheet), I’m sure you’re good.

Am I correct?

Let me check, cause it sometimes mixes up with october cases. Especially the cases at the start and at the end of the months.

Found it!

Actually found a bunch of it. Probably missed it last time because I did it in the middle of the month and didn't do double check yet.

I'll add these and update the whole November this weekend :)

Hi everyone!

Quick question...our filing date is 11/17.  We got the NOA1, and are waiting for NOA2.  I will be graduating college in May and he would like to attend.  He’s immigrating from England, so we are unclear on wait times, and just wondering if him visiting in May for my graduation will be feasible?  TIA!

Hello everyone!

My partner Courtney and I got engaged on August 8, 2017, and we filed our I-129F paperwork to the Dallas dropbox on November 15, 2017 by USPS Priority Mail, and a few days later got notified that our application was received on November 20, 2017, and that it was sent to the California Service Center. Now we wait!

I'm from the UK, and I'm returning there on January 4, 2018. I'm in the US on the Visa Waiver Program at the moment, but considering how much time I've spent here as a tourist over the past year visiting my fiancée, I don't think I'm going to be allowed to come back for a while... so hoping for a speedy processing time, like everyone else is!

Today I added up all the estimated/historical processing times for the various stages (http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/stats.php?history=90) and turns out I should be getting called to my visa interview in London around July 2018, but of course I know it could be sooner or later than that.

I saw some posts earlier on about what people are doing to keep their minds occupied while this long process goes through. Personally, I'm finishing a graduate degree in England (I have to go back to for that anyway, so it wouldn't matter all that much if I could stay in the US!) and I'm going to be spending as much of my time packing up, getting organised, selling what I can, and working hard to save money. I'm not as worried about the time apart as my fiancée is; I miss her terribly when I am not with her, but usually I can cope... but she hates it and can't really cope. Sometimes I wish we were back in the old days (hundreds of years ago) when there wouldn't be all this paperwork, but then again hundreds of years ago we wouldn't be allowed to get married so I suppose we have modernity to thank for that :)

Best of luck everyone. Keep those heads high!

Milly

My fiancée is British and will be interviewing in London too.  Our filing days are 2 days apart.  And MAN I’m hoping you are wrong about that July interview date.  😂
