I don't think you have to follow up with them, but you can if you want.  Considering doing the same myself, but will probably wait until the end of this week.

Maybe you should also file and ask for help, and then you case will be approved soon soon soon . It's called 'CONGRESSMAN LUCK'.... just kidding...hahaha

That's a good question... I don't think so --- but I don't have a solid answer for you.

 

I've definitely seen where it helps, I have good vibes about this week though!

Will my beneficiary receive an approval notice in the mail? Or should he just anticipate the NOA2 notice with the instructions for the steps to apply for K1?

Hello my November filers family here. I just want to share the good news I recieved just now, we we’re approved. It was on the app, I haven’t check the new and old website yet. This is a great start of the week for us guys and I’m sending my prayers to those who are still waiting for theirs to come. Just keep the faith 🙏🏼♥️

The NOA2 notice is the approval notice.

The petitioner will receive it though, not the beneficiary.

Not too many instructions on it though. You will find more information here on what comes next.
