Some people start calling at day one, but that's a but useless. Usually you will get some information at 10 to 15 days.

Hey all, does anybody have the link for me which vaccinations are required for K1 visa? I can't find it via Google. I know someone posted a link, which shows which vaccinations are required for which age. TIA

Vaccinations are not actually required until you do AoS, but it's always good to prepare ahead of time for them I think. Your fiance can have a special document given to them during the medical exam that lists their vaccinations if they take a certified copy of their vacinnation records to the medical exam.

Thanks @x_driven_x but that's not the one I'm looking for. There was a link which shows in which age which vaccination is required, as the ones in the link you send are not all neccessary (according to what I read in another forum)

Vaccinations are required before exiting your country with a visa. From your own link it states the following "United States immigration law requires immigrant visa applicants to obtain certain vaccinations (listed below) prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa [non-immigrant visa]."

 

The special document you reference is the DS-3025 [U.S. Department of State's Vaccination Documentation Worksheet ] which you will need for your AOS and is part of your visa packet to bring with you to the USA.

 

If a vaccine is not available at the time of your medical then it will be noted on your DS-3025 and you will have to see your family Dr. or the Panel physicians in your area prior to the submission of your AOS package to receive the missing vaccination.

The K visa is not considered an immigrant visa, and vaccinations are not required at the time of the visa, only at the time of Adjustment of Status, however, it is generally more convenient to get the record as part of the DS-3025 during the medical exam anyway.

Yeah my fiancee told me there's a couple she doesn't have, and one of them was because back in the day when she was supposed to get it there was no supply in the country or something.

I think it's the varicella one, which she has since had chicken pox and I believe can show a test that says she has the antibodies... we've gotten get all that squared away in the next few weeks. 

Her daughter is getting caught up on vaccinations in 2 weeks as well.
