My fiancé has two last names (father last name followed by mother last name). My original submission only included his father's last name. I sent a letter requesting that his mother's last name be added. Based on the NOA2, the second name was not added.

Should I notify the NVC or just make sure the DS160 is completed properly?

Approved! Only on the new USCIS My Account, the old website still says recieved. Our NOA1 was November 20.

Hang in there I am sorry for others that may be behind us and haven't gotten approved yet but it will totally be worth it!

Side note I have recently moved, anyone know what the best way to update the address with NVC is? I checked online and they said you can send it in via online or call. I sent it in online but hoping itll get to them in time? Should I just hunker down to wait on hold and call as well?

Bad timing on noticing them of change of address. Papers will most likely be sent to previous address. But, with any luck be forwarded to ur current address.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

What does his Birth Certificate say?

He had to have submitted that for the I129F right?

Do you know if NVC send mail with the National mailing service? Do they use USPS which would go to Canada Post for me? As I have mail forwarding in place.
