I don't think it matters. The hard copy i just got, just says that the i-129 was received and it included my receipt number. Other than it just looked like a form letter.

I need mine but only because I am traveling to the US and can use it as proof that I am not crossing the border (at this time) for immigrant purposes.

Im traveling to the US as well but didnt think about taking the NOA1, is this your first time traveling?

Not my first time to the US to visit him at all but the first time since being engaged.

I figure, along with all of my other evidence of ties to my home country (lease, employment letter, paystubs, return ticket, income taxes, utility bill statement) it can only help me prove that I am not trying to stay in the US on this visit. The NOA1 shows that we are trying to do it legally and can only help my attempt to enter, right?

Chances are you will get a request for ALL not just your last divorce decree. You should have sent all of them.

I have not gotten anything at all and already at interview stage

How much English does the beneficiary have to know ?

Not to sound rude AT ALL but  if you were unaware, there is a search box at the top of VJ to help research various different topics that would be unrelated to this thread 🙂

The question that was asked is related to this thread / forum. The beneficiary and petitioner  need to be able to communicate.

Wondering, I mailed my application 11/30, still waiting for the NOA-1.  Am I considered a November or December filer on this forum?

I think you will be considered december filer. It is based on the received date of your Noa1.
