Nov 8th old website and Nov 10th new website filer here. I hope tomorrow I will hear something. I think they did some Nov 7th approvals and did 1 RFE for Nov 8th. I hope to hear something tomorrow or sometime next week. I can't take this anymore.

Yes we are with you, our NOA1 is also the 10th. This will be our week for approvals for those 6th through the 16th.

Hi.  I feel you.  We have the same NOA1 dates on old and new site.  Fingers (hands & feet 😀)  crossed that this week will be our week.

Still have yet to see any movement on our case. Sorry this isn't a happy post. I've just been reading so many people's posts about feeling awful while waiting and wanted to share that you guys are not alone. While I am genuinely happy for everyone who has gotten approved, it does sting a little that people who applied after us have already been approved. I know it's not anyone's fault but USCIS, it just sucks nonetheless. To all the people posting how down they feel, please try to hang in there. I know what it feels like to wake up every morning and the first thing I do is check our status and every morning has been a disappointment. Im just trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel, that we are so close. Just hang on a little longer and soon we will all be reunited with the people we love. Every single day that passes is one day closer to being together. I keep telling myself that if my fiance and I can survive 8 years of long distance, we can get through anything USCIS throws our way, that in the grand scheme of things this will feel like the blink of an eye years down the road. It is always so hard when you are passing through the storm to remember what clear skies looked like, but try to hold onto each other. I truly believe that love conquers all. Im trying to look at this part of our lives as another hurdle we have to pass. Every day that passes that we don't receive that approval letter has been more and more difficult, I've cried the past couple of months more than I have my whole life. I know that if we can get through this, we can make it through anything. So, sorry for this long sappy post that was really just about my current mood. I just hope it helps other people here to know that you are not alone in feeling this way. We will all get through this and hopefully this week will be our week. Sending all of you love and hugs from one miserable November filer to another.

If its any consultation, our dates are the same and I haven't heard anything either..  It's tough, in my case I haven't seen her since July, I had a trip planned for last month but an emergency came up and I had to postpone it, I re- booked the flight for the end of August which is probably better, my hope is to fly back with her in mid September.. Having goals and thoughts of a happy future helps a great deal.

Day 201 for us hoping that in 2 hrs and 28 minutes USCIS start on the first two weeks of November first....... (USCIS if you are reading this do us all a favor... that pile of paper's you have take the bottom ones out and place them on the top) Now pat yourself on the back because you are now processing cases by order received..) Common sense is very rare these days it seems.

 

I am happy for those late November filers that have been approved but they really need to make and effort on the first few weeks of November  i for one am looking forward to seeing what this week brings. As come next week i can officially open a complaint with USCIS as they will be past their "Processing Times" but i am hoping that it wont come to that and we will see an approval this week.

 

I wish everyone good luck and pray that this week we see some decent movement.
