@NaesThe requirement that you have to meet in person within the last two years is for the date you send your petitition, right? When we filed it was 1 year and 9 month ago that we met in person. Now it is more than two years ago. That doesn't matter, right?

Yes. 2 years before the petition.

It doesn’t matter on the petition but co would ask how you’re relationship is going as you didn’t meet in a long time, did you meet after the petition?

Unfortunately not. But we are skyping every day. It's hard and it sucks but we have to save all our money for the fees and for me coming over, if they will approve us *knocking on wood * I know that we are not in the best situation.

That's exactly my situation @mike & tanja. We had met in September 2015 last time and we filed October 2017, so we literally just missed the window and we are saving every penny for fees, plane ticket, medical exam, and AOS

Don’t forget to gather as much screenshots as you can for proof.

It’s nice to see such a great ceremony. But then it reminds me of all the tough process we are going through... why it is so hard for us trying to get married with our loved ones. And we are doing it via the legal way and it feels like a punishment....

It is beautiful... I don’t care about it’s size or anything. I just cried on how they look at each other... and thought of us...
