Hi Guys,

It seems USCIS might have read through our visa journey posts and see that we utilize the old website to run scans and know what they are doing :D, so they are using the new website and silent NOA2 more or maybe they changed to a new system and thats why more approvals are coming through the new website but you still have officers who are using the old system(Old Website) hence why the scan numbers are so low. Just a theory.

Also I wish USCIS did read our posts so I can tell them how absolutely useless they are at doing a simple job. You could train a chimpanzee to do their job quicker than they currently operate.

Join me on the darkside! Day 214 - they will get to all of us eventually :)

There are still SO many of us in October still waiting, not to mention others still waiting in previous months who are passed 300+ days.

Here's another great thread should you surpass 200+, there's a post by @NateAndJessica that really resonated with me on page 4....

We'll get there :)

So i just called USCIS and spoke to a Tier 2 officer as im extremely frustrated... very interesting phone call basically to cut it short and simple i spoke to her about their website stating that they process cases in order received.. Which she replied thats correct.  I then replied well if that is the case please explain to me how people at the end of November are being approved before the beginning and how 2 cases before and after our case have been approved.

She then said how do you know this information. I told her that we are on a forum and on Facebook and people post their WAC numbers and there is an app that scans for WAC numbers and that it lists them with approvals and dates of approvals.  So then she started typing and seemed very shocked that we was aware of this happening and did not really have much to say... Think we caught them out at their little game :D:D

Hahaha gotcha USCIS. @Gama Wonderful, right now you are my hero :)

Wow. Interesting. I never thought about that because yes they do say they process the cases in the order received and it's just not fair that we have been waiting for so long. I wonder if that will make any impact on them. I am really stressed out.

I hope it lights a fire under their a**! she seemed really surprised about the scans and us sharing our approvals. I was listening in and it made me giggle.

This could also be viewed from a different way, in which you just shared with an agent what they didn't know and was our way of making some sense of what they are doing and where they are in the process. Perhaps changes might be made to the app or program now due to this phone cal. this could affect many more than just your case.

Pretty sure they are already transitioning to the new website anyway and sometime soon will stop using the old one altogether, which will make it all go away..
