Mini Scan running now will post results shortly. ^_^

Looks like a Quiet day today running more scans but initial scans only show a withdrawal from the 2nd of Nov scan

Run various scans:

38300     11/01/17   no movement
39600     11/02/17   1 withdrawal
41000     11/03/17   no movement
42500     11/06/17   no movement

60200     11/21/17 3 Cases (RFE) Request for evidence

Running more scans now for all the dates. Looks like a lazy day over @ USCIS.

Really sucks to see inconsistent processing day to day... I'll do the full scan tonight as normal, but I've ran a few minis myself with not much action seen.

Yeah i agree im really not sure whats going on with them. Never seen anything like this in all the other months i been lurking and watching. Only thing to stay positive is that its still only 2pm over at USCIS so perhaps later there may be a wave of more approvals or calm before the storm.  Try and remember these steps to feel better (works for me sort of)

  • For each day that passes the date of inquiring about your case goes up a day meaning you can officially enquire into your case.
  • Stay positive remember you wont get left behind. For each case that is approved that is not yours' means there is one less case to process (Cases cannot go up only down)
  • Every day that passes is another day closer to being with your loved one.

Very frustrating but we have waited this long another few days or weeks and we can all move onto the next part :) Good luck

Hi, we have the same received date. I’m Nov. 8th on old website and on the 10th on the new website. Hope approvals will rain in the next hours. 😊

What does your RFE state it's for?

Hi everyone!

I posted about getting an RFE.  I received my letter today and it was due to not checking a box on my application. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️  So I filled in their paperwork they sent and mailed it back today.

However we were wondering, can people get multiple RFE’s?  Or do they usually try to catch it all in one?

Thanks for any help.  Everything I found on the Internet was years old.
