So when does the NOA1 usually get sent out? As everyone here, patience isn't my strong suit.

Probably will be within the December list, but I have formally filed our K-1 Application on November 28th 2017!  Sent if FedEx so USCIS will receive it November 30th at 3pm.

Hi guys! Our packet was delivered 20th, it's already 28th and we still haven't received any email/text for NOA1. Is it too early to worry? Could it be because of the holidays that it's taking time?
I can't check the money order if it's been cashed because USPS inq system is not workiiing, I've been stressing myself out and I feel like my brain is gonna explode because of this. Please heeeelp

Right but I think I'll feel a whole lot better receiving response from USCIS because that way we know there's progress. I'm anxious and excited at the same time lol

Mailed petition: Nov 14th

Arrived in Texas: Nov 17th

Received Text: Nov 22nd w/receipt#

Cashed Cheque: Nov 23rd

USCIS Online Access: Nov 27th (5 whole days AFTER text)

Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail: Nov 28th. (With received date as Nov 17th and Notice Date as Nov 21st)

Don't stress. Our calendar was all over the place too.

NOA1 you should get 3 day to about 3 weeks from acceptance at lock box

Agree sooo much... too early to worry... if ya followed this site and the US guidelines you'll be fine. I just submitted 87 pages of excellence from this sites input.. hahah
