No movement on November 6  Trying to think positive thoughts but they are hard to find.

Does anyone know if this has happened before? (starting mid month??) Our NOA1 is Nov 6th on the old site, Nov 8th on the new one and I'm honestly having a panic attack about this....

I've watched along the months since last July, and while they often start on random dates it is usually concentrated in the first part of the month and then move forward from there. I've never seen it happen like this.

"Officially" they aren't even in November yet.  So calling or writing USCIS will do no good at all, unfortunately.

That is so sad. I know for inquiry, they say October 12 I believe, so if our cases were before October 12, we could ask to look into our case. I am just worried what is happening. I could have just married my fiance and it would probably take the same amount of time of 1 year and he would be coming here with a green card. It's just taking forever. To top it off, the US embassy in New Delhi which is close for us North Indians no longer processes k1 and other immigrant visas, so we will have to go to a farther location in Mumbai, which means they probably have a lot more cases now and getting an interview date will take longer. So overall, this fiance visa has taken longer than anticipated.

Hi friends, I’ve been following along quietly for the last weeks and wanted to post my approval so you’re aware of how the cases are going!

NOA 1: Nov 27

NOA 2: May 10 (3:20PM)

164 days and notified via text message from old site. I can also view it in case tracker. New site not updated. Fiancé is Irish from Northern Ireland.

I was extremely meticulous with the evidence and it weighed about two lbs!

Wishing you all the best!

Congrats!

I’m also Irish from Northern Ireland and have almost the exact same timeline as you!

NOA1: Nov 21

NOA2: May 4

Good luck with the rest of the process!

I understand the frustration, I really do.  While this month has started off in an odd way, I'm sure every case will get touched.  Some people get lucky and don't wait so long, others wait forever, but everyone hears an answer.  Nothing about the immigration process is fast.  Time and money and lots of both.  That's what it is all about.  It's really best to just not get too caught up in all of it.  Not easy, I know.

I Agree who ever is in charge needs to make sure that their staff can read dates correctly. and actually understand that the calendar months go from the 1st of the month to the end not the other way around. for f#ck sake.
