but not all banks let foreigners not living in US have a joint account so probably most people don’t have it.

Thank you!  My bank doesn’t allow it.  So I’m going to call around.  Gotta beef up our evidence for the RFE.

Joint bank account for fiance is a really rare thing so I wouldn’t worry about it. The person to add has to be in US in order to add it too.

 

try finding more hard evidence, boarding passes, passport stamps and pictures, if worried you can add hotel receipts and such. Good luck!

Thank you for your help!  I have more pictures to send and my fiancée visited at Christmas.  But we sent in everything else we had. 😕

They sometimes lose things so send all the things you’ve already sent too.

I sent letters from his family, including the brother who lives with him, letters from my family and friends, 8 pictures, a few text logs, a copy of every page of his passport showing his visits, my passport show my visit, flight itineraries, and a few of our Facebook/Instagram interactions.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works so hard to squeeze out every bit of extra information they can from this process.

 

Gave my fiancee the extra information you guys provide today and he was pretty blown away.

I was able to add my fiancé to credit card with no issues.

Well I'm a November 20th filer but I think it won't be for awhile maybe by the end of the month as it is not really making sense how they missed the first 2 weeks of November. So to all those approved this weeks a congrats!!!
