Starting to get a bit worried im going to be one of the people left behind. Im an 11/20 but nothing yet. Still hoping for a silent approval this week. Glad to see our month get some real progress today.

For some reason, it worries me that early November was just left like that and they started Mid November. I really hope we will hear something soon. Is this what they do normally? It seems many people from earlier months are still waiting, could it be because they were also skipped and later dates were started on? I am kind of worried now that we will be the ones from November that December people will mention when they are getting approvals.

Just recently joined visa journey...and have enjoyed the information shared here. So i thought to share my USCIS results too for the records.

May 8, 2018 emailed RFE at day 172

I thank God even for the RFE...

I would like to ask a question concerning what i have noticed in x_driven_x USCIS update...there are what seems to be 2 types of RFE's

1 request for additional evidence 

2 request for initial evidence.

Our RFE is #2 request for initial evidence.

What is the difference between the two?

I'm no pro but I think a request for initial evidence means you forgot to send something that was required originally (Birth Certificate, Divorce Decree, Criminal charges supporting documents etc).

Request for additional evidence seems to mean that you need to send more evidence to support your application as what you have sent may not be enough, believable or elaborate enough to prove your relationship is bonafide. 

Could be wrong but those are my thoughts.

Hello all.

Im curious about Igors list. Looking at that list there are 8 approvals for Nov 1st and the scans show only 1 approval for Nov 1st. So does that most likely mean those were all silent NOA2's? There's even a few Nov 2nds on there as well. I'll post a screenshot to show what I mean.  

 

Any ideas @x_driven_x @Naes ?

4-20-21 Sent 751 packet (via USPS overnight)

4-21-21 Received by USCIS (Signed by T. Wright)

5-7-21   Receipt date on our 797 (extending GC for 18 months) {we included G-1145, got a text, but no email - for those curious.}

5-8-21   Received Text message from USCIS with receipt number, Assigning service center SRC. (@12:35pm) 

5-10-21  Check cashed/cleared our bank

5-13-21  Hard copy of 797 Received in postal mail

5-17-21 Received email notice update from USCIS account that on 17th they used his previous biometrics for 751.

5-21-21 Biometrics letter received in postal mail.

Sept. 14th new AOS interview
Oct. 30th AOS approval

Nov. 9th New card is being produced
