I just joined this site. I have been reading posts here for a while. I am also a November filer. The old website says it was received Nov 8th and the new one says it was received Nov 10th. I am still waiting. I am hoping it will be sometime this month.

Sorry in advance because we are one of the weird date filers but we were APPROVED 🎉🎉🎉

NOA1 Received: Nov 17th (Submitted date Nov 21 on new site)

NOA2: May 8th

172 days and I am CANADIAN.

NOTIFICATION METHOD: Received email from old website confirming approval but I'm too excited to remember the password to check it on USCIS Online (I can barely type this).

BUT new website still says just "Received".

Case Tracker App says we are approved also.

I'm really quite shocked that we did not get an RFE or a case transfer as we had an issue with simple criminal charges that I was positive we were going to get flagged for.

Thank you for all of the tense and frustrating moments and support guys! I'll still be here listening to your notifications blowup my phone until you all are in.

Let's go November (And previous filers)

❤Amanda & Edward (And Mr. Bean)

You guys are definitely blessed. Not only part of the random November bunch but avoided the RFE train even with those charges. I have 2 minor simple charges as well from some stupid choices a while ago and I made sure to include both dispositions in my application so I hope that is enough. Best of luck and hope you guys are together soon!

this is frustrating i find it real crazy how everybody getting aproved is at the end of november and im here from the beginning and nothing like how you skip 16-22 days into november its soo stupiddd

Im wondering the same thing.. we are November 1st filers. Happy for everyone getting approved but very confused as to the way they are currently working / operating.

Congrats fellow Canadian filer!!! Please keep us Canadians updated in the Canadian forum on the nuances of the next steps specific to our lovely embassy in Montreal. Also - let us know how the interview dates are looking, we are all so nervous about the stories we hear about the months waiting for Case #'s and Interview dates in Canada...

I think that all that mattered was that all legal issues were disclosed and supported with proper court docs to ensure that the petitioner was being open to the beneficiary about their past. I'm sure I will hear all about them again at the interview.

I'm extremely thankful that THAT part worked out as that was one of my major stresses.

Thank you for the support!

I can't even tell him yet as he has a HUGE life changing/state changing job interview today!

If we get blessed twice today I may be not only be going to immigrate but be moving to a new state as well.

Blessings for all today for speedy approvals❤
