Im going to be running a full scan and will post results and any updates every few hours throughout today.  @x_driven_x will work his magic in the end of day scans and post his graphs as he does. B-)

But remember that  USCIS are in California so they are not open until 8am which from my Timezone GMT is another 4 hours and 55 minutes from now.

Good luck to all for today lets pray we see some good movement! :jest::jest:

I am both terrified and excited for today 😅

To check your status you can either use the official USCIS websites to create an account and enter your case number and then sign up for email or text message alerts.

Old website: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New website: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

To check your case on your mobile download "Case Tracker" depending on your device I have provided two links.  Click the Plus button and select Add Case then select Enter Manually then type your WAC case number it will then notify you with any case updates on your mobile.

IPhone App: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/case-tracker-for-uscis/id921827126?mt=8

Android App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saldous.usciscasetracker

Good Luck

Thank you so much for sharing these links

Good Luck to you too

There is no rational order to how they process cases, basically when you send your stuff in, it gets filed away into boxes. All of those boxes get piled up somewhere, and then someone grabs a box and takes it to their desk to start working.

Ideally they would get into the 21st century with computer aid that would help with organizing a process to it all, but the government typically avoids the efficiency you see in private companies.

We scan the dates by putting in a case number here: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

They same thing you can do, or that phone apps do in batches of 500.

Hi @x_driven_x  Thanks for explaining. I have the app too and tries it to do in batches of 500. My god there are so so so many cases.

Day 182 and feeling pretty optimistic about this week.

Nice to hear some optimism! :)

I'm waiting at Gatwick airport right now to fly back to the US to visit my fiancée. Last time I went I got detained for aaaaaages and questioned because I was spending too much time in the US, but this time I have waited months and months to come back and I have all my documentation proving I won't be a burden on the state etc. so here's hoping for the best! It would be amazing to get an approval whilst I'm in the US.

Heads high, everyone! The wait is nearly over... can't do anything but wait :)

What is the difference between the old and new site? I hear a lot of members referring to the new site. Do I have to create another account to use the new site?

You have to sign up for a new account ,yes.

The new site is sometimes seen updated the following date from the old site, but sometimes the old site is not updated only the new site, and sometimes the old site is not updated at all but the new site is.

I am guessing that eventually USCIS will get rid of the old site and force everyone to use the new site, which will also prevent scans from being ran.

At the risk of sounding stupid, why would they want everyone to use the new over the old website and also how can that prevent scans from being ran?

The new website requires you to login to check the status of your case. The old website anyone can put any case number in the search box, without needing to login..

Scans just simulate someone putting every case number in, one after another x 3000 times.

Scanned various dates 1st , 2nd, 3rd,17th, 20th and November not seeing any movement as of yet. But trying to stay positive its early there still could also be silent NOA2's which wont appear on scans hopefully after their morning coffee kicks in they will ramp it up :D
