Oh yeah I gave up on this process long time ago... I did everything. read everything, every published research to article on even immigration research journals! read court records to articles from both sides. all the data provided and not provided that I could find!

My conclusion? :pop:

My theory is that they do it on purpose so we don't have any proof of how we should've been touched already when they screw up (again).

So do you think our applications are in this room

or this one

Photo of a room in the Library of Congress filled with boxes of papers.

It's definitely what they make us feel like... I would do anything to be able to understand from someone who currently process 129F's how things happen... and the worst part is - if you're anything like me, since the NOA1s came so quickly and officially, it felt like - hey this is going to go nice and smoothly....

Plus you do realize that the application numbers do not go in chronological order of dates all of the time, right?

You do realize that they still haven't finished all of the applications from prior months either right...

Ie there are still ppl waiting in June, July, Aug, Sept AND Oct that have not had their case touched but the number right above theirs and right below there's has been approved.

There is no order.

They just tell us on the USCIS website that they have STARTED looking at applications from a certain date. Right now it's Oct 5th for California Service Centre. But that means nothing. They could approve an application from January and they could approve one that's not approved from June yet ....all in the same hour.

There is no method that has been explained to us. We just look at TRENDS in approvals by what the apps provide us with.

Not sure what concrete evidence/method you are looking for...

Explain to me what you are confused about and maybe I can explain it better @hassan247

I was looking to see how to get the scan of the last 500 just to know but everytime I do it on the app it says to please check the receipt number and I'm 1000% that the receipt number is correct

Message me the WAC number you would like and i can send you a list of the most up to date scans.. however that error message is because your more than likely missing a digit make sure its 10 numbers so example WAC18900XXXXX

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
