They might have started November and it might not show up on the scans because they are having issues with the System and that is why scans are showing old NOA2 approvals. Just keep checking your mail, there are alot of silent Approvals.

If you don't mind me asking how did you get that information? Because I have email alerts set from the uscis to tell me anything and everything even if the system is down and I have received no such email

I’m not confirming anything but It is impossible for them to send “anything and everything when their system is down”...systems are down literally means systems are down. And when a system is down it can’t send notifications.

now about systems are down last Friday it’s been said to a lot of members who called and actually learnt that they’re approved but all systems were down and not updating.

and then we got the backdated approvals start showing on Monday.

anything and everything uscis can inform you about is only about your case status changes.

Happy thoughts for today now that it's almost our time:

1) Got on my bike a rode to the library in the sun. (FYI: I don't have a PC at home for lack of wanting to move with a tonne of stuff so I go to the library when I can. PS I completed all of the I129F package for my Fi on my little phone and a PDF editor, lol).

2) Did a run through of the I134 as I have never really looked at it/what was required. I was definitely overwhelming myself with it's complexity. Whew!

3) Revamped our Intent to Marry declarations with Consulate Address and rewording to reconfirm our intentions to marry.

4) Made a list for my Fi to gather his documents I'll need for the interview (well the non-time-sensitive ones, ie Original Birth Cert, Certified Divorce Decree, Copy of his 2017- 1040 tax form, 2017 W2's and the Lease for his apartment) and gave him a deadline of 3 weeks, lol so I can fill out the I134 and have him sign it when I go down for my surprise visit.

Tomorrow, I'm going to check on my immunization status and find out if I need to get any boosters and ill tackle the Proof of Employment Letter template I'll have him send to his boss and maybe go through the DS 160 and save it.

Oh! And Yes....I finally received my police clearance from when I lived overseas. It took me three months of emails to them to actually get the ball rolling (third world country issues) and then another month to get it in the mail.

...I think I'll wait to do the Evidence of Ongoing Relationship in the span while waiting for the interview...

Anything else I can be doing?!?!

We're almost there!

PS it feels like I haven't done jack sh!t in 6 months.

Wooow. So busy. Now I feel completely unprepared. Seems I have to check what to do for I134 when I'm back home (sitting in the office right now). When will you go for the surprise visit? How can I proof an ongoing relationship? We haven't seen each other for 2 years now due to some circumstances, but we skype everyday.
