Soooooo I just downloaded the app for uscis case tracker and I was wondering does anyone know if it update your case (once approved) the same time the new website get updated?

The old and new websites are not in any way tied together. One or both or none might get updated, in any order.   I will say the trend, however, shows the new website tends to get updated overnight whereas the old website seemed to get updated throughout the day.

November Full Scan 5/16 10:30pm CST

 

Only 38 cases worked on today, I am actually a little disappointed given very early in the day I had found 7 already. I was hoping for a 100+ day.

The 17th-27th continues to get the bulk of the attention right now.

 

One positive thing, if you look at the 2nd chart. Daily Virgins Touched + Daily Approvals map each each, and it basically shows they approve the majorirty of the cases they touch on the first try, and we've actually seen almost 0 outright denials (we don't post them here  but there has only been 5 compared to 251 approvals)

We received an e-mail from USCIS said our case was received on the 29th of November.

But when I track the case, it says "On November 24, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), "...

So which date should I be looking for? the 24th or the 29th...?

The 24th, for purposes of the scans as the scans use the old website / tracker.

We were relying on the app (by Steven Aldous) for status and it shows "case was received" but we just found out today from the new website that our case was approved on May 4th (NOA1 is Nov 17th).

Haven't seen anyone with that result with simultaneous update on both.

Mine updated on the old site one day and the new site the next day. 

Others was the reverse.

And even others got just an email.
