A year ago woman contacted me as they denied a CR1 in morocco

6 months later she got the NOIR and we went thru it carefully and prepared a response

so happy to say she received in  August a notice that her packet was reaffirmed according to the response we made  / never met this woman but i found her sincere and so loving / had to help

they are now on the road to a new interview November 17

and i wish them all the best

Good job and congratulations in helping her. That is the main reason I stay around on here is to help sincere people in the struggle no matter what nationality they are from.

That's exactly what I tell people in almost any situation that has to deal with USCIS is to be thorough and complete in everything, don't rush into doing anything but plan it through. As long as you have the facts together and are sincere then you will succeed.

Carrier pigeon??  :D  The worst part of this process is the waiting.  Once you've done all  you can, rinse and repeat.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
