I assume this is the correct forum, if not please move it.

My Thai fiance's oldest daughter (10 years old) has an American father.  At the time, he was in the US Navy, and he knows of the child, but is not in the picture.  I'm not sure what is listed on the child's birth certificate about the father.

My question is, is this child eligible for a US passport?  If so, how do we go about getting it?  I would assume dual citizenship as well?

TIA

Yes she is.  She would need a CRBA

She is eligible for a passport IF she is legitimized by the father. If she was not then she can not get a passport.
