I don't have job offer but have some possible offers. I believe EB-NIW does not require job offer but it is always better to have? Are you also in EB-NIW?

I understand from other threads that it can take up to four weeks for a EB visa date to be issued, assuming current priority. If nobody's linked this recently, you can check if there's any extra waiting time here: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html

Thank you Richard. I also got similar email from NVC. Lets wait for the final email on interview date. Do you have job offer? I know it is not mandatory for EB-1 but I am trying to gain some confidence since I don't have any job offer yet

EB1 doesn't require one. However I do have something to go to already. It's complicated, involves current employer and transferring to different employer but being on the same project ... and then there's the other stuff that's actually in my application. Urgh, my head hurts just thinking about it.

That's actually complicated. EB-NIW does not require too but it's better to have before interview..I have few possible offers who are willing to hire after I get my visa.

It is but part of my application pack was a "first look agreement" so it's not all bad, it's just not as firm an offer as I'd like.

Yes, I am also in EB2-NIW but I have no job offer yet. Tried to apply some but get no response. Which area are you in please?

I called NVC today and got to know that they have started scheduling for January and it all depends on how busy the embassy is. The embassy in London must be super busy. Nothing update on my case.

I called the NVC about 30 minutes ago. They're basically collating all the interviews and will send it off to the Embassy later. Patience is required, especially from me!

Thank you for the update. No other way than having patience.  I hope they schedule by the first week of the month for the next month.

Well done. I just rang the NVC again and you're four days ahead of me. Mine is Jan 30th 2018!
