Oh nice! Congrats!

do you know who receives the welcome letter? Beneficiary or petitioner? Also, does the option to fill out the DS-261 show up for you when you log in? Because for me I don’t see anything except the fees

I didn’t have to fill out the ds261 but that was because i have a lawyer. Not sure in what other cases the ds261 won’t have to be filled but i guess if it never shows up then u don’t have to worry about it. However u can always call NVC just to make sure.

Hey,

I'm a bit confused. Can the AOS fee and IV fee not be paid together?!

Well, our AOS was in Process initially and later on it stated Paid... so I read something like IV fee can be paid in few weeks or how is it done? We were only opened to AOS fee

Hmm you could be right, I'm not sure. I was always under the impression you could pay both fees together if you wanted. On 1 bill

I just logged on CEAC and it was indicated that we can Pay Now for the IV fees. You're right! Thanks a lot. Please what do we next after paying the IV fees?

Np, I'm glad :)

In about a week, the DS-260 application will open up and you have to fill that in online.

I would start collecting the AOS and supporting docs too to send to NVC. Goodluck!

I could not pay together.  I paid one first then in a few days I was able to pay the other.

Same here. Paid AOS fee Saturday and still says in process. I’m guessing until it doesn’t show up as PAID, the IV fee won’t be available.
