The fact that you included your own cover sheet might be enough...but I'm really not sure.   I don't know if I read anywhere that it was necessary to attach or I just felt it was helpful.

Through the whole stage sending that packet was probably most stressful for me..lol   I made a mistake when I submitted our I130 and quickly fixed it after receiving the NOA1 it didn't cause any issues or delays but NVC was so much more stuff that I literally lost sleep over it and Alhamdulillah no check list!

Call them if you are worried about it... the waiting for CC is so stressful it may at least help ease your mind.

I am confused by everyones posts about sending 2 separate packages (aos and iv) can someone explain this!?!??!

I just figured to send all in one package.

I sent in one big package just put each packet in its own smaller envelope.

Well i meant 2 (aos and iv) in 1 package. What is the difference between the 2? I just was gonna send 1 big thing.. following along with the checklist they sent. It doesnt say anything about separating aos and iv.

I don't think two separate envelopes is important as long as you have both packets separated so they can easily tell them apart.  I only did it because it helped me in organizing it but its not a requirement.

Hey, from the check list, how do you know which documents belong to which package?

Did you do two envelopes, and placed the two envelopes into another big envelope?

Any other tips you can provide please?

Thanks!

don't make it that complex, the main thing is to have the cover letter in front and follow the order on the cover letter. putting in two separate envelopes and then in one big envelope is optional but i just submit everything in one package.

You'll notice a separate cover letter for each packet you must print from ceac after the fees are paid and attach them.

Question: does the CEAC online status change when an interview is scheduled?

For example: it changed to "At NVC" when case is completed.

Any way to know when an interview date is set without calling NVC?

I don't know if updates for everyone and sometimes it is slow but mine has said "ready" since my interview was scheduled.
