NVC Filers - November 2017

guys, I'm a cr1 applicant I will have my interview soon but I'm a bit worried and nervous... 

I will give u guys a bit of a background story....

i met my husband 12 years ago I was 14 and he was 22 at the time after our first year dating he moved to the states we dated for 4 more year before breaking up 

 

after that in 2012 my mom hooked me up with her friends son who stays in the states we dated for 1 year I applied for a tourist visa to visite him but was denied not to long after that we broke up because he was cheating on my with his so called ex.. 

In 2014 my husband ( back then ex) re connected we got pregnant in 2015 en married in 2016, we applied for cr1 in 2017

do you guys see any red flags? 

 

 

 

 

I forgot to mention my husband always came on vactions so I always see him 

 

im sorry but I need someone to tell my do y guys see any red flags?

Hi. This is probably a dumb question but I’m putting my NVC package together and just wondering if you put it together like they have listed on the checklist all together or if you separated the AOS and IV packages in different envelopes but mailed together in same package? I’m also side loading my package but I’ll put that at the very end. Thanks.

I am putting it all together like they said on the check list. Better to do what they say. You dont want any delays.

I put IV and AOS in seperate packages

I put them in separate envelopes each with the cover letter and mailed them in one big envelope together.  I also side loaded with my IV packet as we had an additional trip together and updated chat/phone logs.

Nope not at all, just make sure you have a lot of proof that y’all were in a long distance relationship and y’all communicated often. If u know his family members and communicate with them make sure u add that as proof. But your story sounds legit to me. And since u both have a baby that makes it pretty solid. 

Best of luck and don’t be nervous. Trust in God not the consulate.

Okay, the only proof I have when we were dating 5 years is pictures a lot of pictures , some letters but no chat log or phone bills . U think that's okay?

Having a baby does not make a solid case.  The facetime and the communication between you both is the best evidence for bonifide.  I don't know what evidence you've already provided up to this point but I would make sure you have it for the interview.

Hey curious, did you attached the cover sheet from NVC portal or the check list they gave you by email ?

 

i only attached the cover sheet from NVC POrtal.... i didnt put the checklist in the envelopes ... only my own cover letter

 

basically followed the NVC guide on this forum

I know that having a baby doesn't make it a solid proof, the evidence I have is a lot of pictures of when we were dating, letters but no chat log or telephone records we never saved those

Bring his travel logs (tickets passport stamps) and the pictures to the interview with you along with copies of anything you sent them thus far.

I attached both along with a cover letter that I wrote listing the contents.
