Hi i want to ask a question when you send employment letter to nvc with AOS did you send employment letter photo copy and original will save for interview day ? or should we send orignialemployment letter to nvc? what about tax transcripts ?  we can make tax transcripts photo copy one for interview one for nvc??

I didn't send an employment letter, no where do they mention that is required, you'll only see that suggested on the forums.

If you are above the minimum requirement with no co-sponsors, I would not worry about that at all.

If you have a co-sponsor or are right on the line then maybe its good to send that and maybe recent pay stubs.

I only included transcripts and I included for 3 years which is optional to show my consistent income.

The transcripts themselves look like a copy so that should be fine, I actually ordered a second set of transcripts cause I didn't have time to make copies.

Your Timeline is interesting

your I-130 was approved in March 2016 ...Paid IV Bill May 2016

You have been waiting for CC since July 2017 ?

What happened for a year after you paid your IV bill ..

I also got an email that IV fee was ready but every time I have tried to log in to pay it this morning it keeps saying I have an application error.

not sure if this was already answered but i had a similar issue. I would advise you use Internet explorer or Edge (MS product). I first tried using Firefox and kept getting an error, then I called NVC and they told me to use Explorer.  Hope this helps.

well our first scan date was 7-24-17, i called NVC in sept and they said I had a checklist for a missing birth certificate (BS they lost it) so I went ahead and sent that to them and got a scan date of sept. 19... I called NVC about 2 weeks ago on my 8 week mark and was told I have a new scan date of nov. 1st for a package they received...... I have not sent anything new. So I called the next day and asked for supervisor review because the last thing i sent was sept 19 so I need someone to check my file and see whats going on, of course they said my scan date of nov 1st will still be running and 6 weeks for supervisor review. Im so done with NVC

Congrats and welcome.🎉🎈 It takes about 2 weeks for NVC to receive your package. For your second question. The date you will use for when nvc receive your package is when nvc actually receives it.

Great thank you!
