I also got an email that IV fee was ready but every time I have tried to log in to pay it this morning it keeps saying I have an application error.

Oh wow. I would give it a break and try again in a few hours. It could be system issue on NVC part or they maybe uploading your info into IV section.

I'm just happy that the payment went through because couple months back persons where having issues paying the fees, it kept saying rejected. One step closer and all this will be over.

Called yesterday and she told me that my information was just entered into the system. She said they're sending a letter to my attorney and she took my email and phone number and told me to watch for email. How long do you think before I get the email ?

Hello,

I just sent all NVC documents to Portsmouth, NH on 17NOV... and the wait begins (again). Does anybody know if NVC process slows down due to the holiday season coming up? Also wondering, where does everybody get their Scan Dates? i only know of my case number and IIN.

you could assume so, there's days off for holidays and people take vacation time.

scan date means nothing to NVC, scan date is when they get your docs into their system, you get this by calling them and asking them, but don't expect them to understand all terms used on this site.

I see thanks. lol no worries I'm not trying to use it for anything. I'm just curious from reading "Scan Dates" here trying to get an idea how long it will take before I can get a reply back from them. I thought I'd get something like "recieve NVC packet/package" or something so I started to wonder.

You won't get any notice, but the importance of the scan date is that's when you start counting down to case closed, or when you should expect something to happen. Currently its 6-7 weeks.
