Hey any one From India (New  Delhi) received interview scheduled intimation from NVC

Hi

I got my approval on Oct 6th, received  hard copy on Oct 16. Until then no update or email from USCGS. On Oct 20 it was updated online. I kept calling NVC, my file is still not with them. Finally on Oct 31Th I spoke to a operator she said NVC received my file on Oct 26 but I have to wait till Nov 9th to get the case number.

Hi,

 

Submitted questionnaire October 9th,   our files were delivered to NVC October 16th and scan date is October 19th.

Waiting for my case to be completed. 

 I wonder how quickly they process these days.

The document cover sheet sent by NVC has asked for "Petitioner's civil documents"?? What else besides USC passport copy

My AOS/IV package was delivered to NVC on 10/30/17, how long should I wait to call and see if it has been received so I can know my "scan date"?

They usually take 4-5 days, sometimes less, you can start calling today to check if they received them, if they did, it means they scanned them and it will be your scan date, goodluck!

Hi, new to NVC. My case was received on Monday oct 30. Thinking I’ll give it a try and call this evening to see if a case number has been assigned already.

our case was also received on that date! Let me know if you hear anything. I called last night and they told me it could take upto 2 weeks

My 2nd IR5 case completed today too. AOS fee disappeared and both case changed status to AT NVC.

 

Both case have scan date 09/18

 

I will update whenever I got Interview date.

My daughter's case was received on 09/15.

Called the NVC yesternight, and was told that the case was reviewed earlier on in the day and I was sent a checklist to complete form I864-W(filled in I864 instead). Would it take another 11weeks for the case to be reviewed with corrected documents? This is so stressful as they did not indicate the exact I864 they wanted filled out on original checklist/welcome letter.
