I am officially a part of this forum.  I got my case and iin today and I chose my agent. Just waiting for payments to begin. One step closer to hubby.

My file was recieved on the 13th, I called again this morning and they still haven't input it in the system

Interesting,

back when mine was received everyone with the same timeline was getting them scanned in that timeframe, but maybe it depends on the time of month.

I think I have a CC AOS disapperared on the main CEAC site and this other site https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx shows at NVC will call to confirm in the morning.

When case complete what is next? should we call nvc to ask for interview date?

I received my welcome letter this morning from the NVC. Yesterday I was able to do the DS-261 but it still doesn’t even show the AOS fee on there. Just wondering how long it takes to show up so I can pay it.

You might want to check in the regional forum, for CR1 NVC schedules the interview, but your specific country plays a big role in this, for instance, for Mexico people have been waiting 3 months just to get an interview.

It unlocks when they review your DS-261

Well I called them because had to ask a question about my husband’s passport and to make sure I did the form correctly. She said she updated it and I should be receiving the fees anytime. I’m not sure if she actually reviewed the form though but she was very nice.

Yes I would call.  They will tell you that you'll get a letter regarding the interview but I didn't get my letter for a few days after they gave me the date over the phone.

If they did then you should receive it by tomorrow, I forgot if I got mine the same day or next, things seem to process overnight.

Have you read the official instructions?

They give a breakdown on who uses what form.
