I just logged in to check the status cause I'm waiting for it to change it IN TRANSIT, but I saw this today which is weird since I already have case closed.

Just called NVC, not under review yet. The unbelievable part is that I got through with NO WAIT, at 2pm EST (never waited for less than 20 minutes before).

Also, they confirmed that the online status is totally unreliable.

So my most recent year 2016 IRS Tax Transcript copy list only one dependent,  In fact it should be two my father and mother as it lists in my 2016 federal tax return form. I don' t know why would they mess up, somehow IRS Tax return transcript is showing wrong info.  In my affidavit of support form I listed 2 dependents father and mother.

what should i do??

Should I just send them federal tax return form for the recent year which list 2 dependents?

and

in the cover sheet should I checkmark IRS Tax transcript as 'not applicable' or 'not available'?

Has anyone of you have send tax return form instead of the IRS tax transcript?

any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

I was sending those but what should I checkmark in the cover sheet for IRS transcript then? Not available or not applicable ? If not available I have to provide a statement to them why it was unavailable . I’m scared if I put not applicable then they would say it is applicable to everyone . am I thinking too much in to this ?
