The i-864 form says that you need proof of citizenship and they give a list including BC as one of them. I only sent in my US passport copy. Hope that is enough??

10.31: IV bill opened and paid (called 10.26 to ask them to process AOS bill and DS-261)

11.1: Bank processed IV Bill

11.3 DS-260 form filled out online

Please tell me if I (Beneficiary) need to send normal photocopies of my civil documents to NVC or do I have to send Notarized photocopies.

Thanks.

Normal photcopies are fine but for the police certificate it needs to be notarized.

I'm wondering if i should also use the I-864EZ form. My wife is my sole sponsor. Is it the same with you?

Mine is a different case. I sponsored my mom. And my income was enough and the W-2 covered (so I-864EZ is the right form).

You may use Form I-864EZ if ALL the following conditions apply: 1. You are the person who filed or is filing Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for a relative being sponsored; 2. The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on Form I-130; and 3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form W-2s provided by your employers or former employers.

Guys I need your help asap.

We payed both fees and did ds 261 and ds 260. Now we are collecting documents we need to send for AOS and IV package. First I see people are saying beneficiary (I am beneficiary btw) needs to send two passport photos but on document sheet paper there's no thing saying I need it for NVC stage.

Second, but more important, we don't understand who needs to fill out i864 and if someone needs to fill out i864A . This is the situation. When i get to states, we are planning to live with his mom till I find job and we find our spot. His mom and his aunt(aunt lives in her own house) want to be my sponsors. So my question is who needs to fill out what? I know my husband needs to fill out i846 but what does his mom and aunt need to fill out? Also i864 or some of them two need to fill out i864A ?

I hope I wrote it that way that it makes sense lol

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE ❣️
