Friends, I got an email from NVC today that my case is "Documentarily Qualified". What does that mean?

Email says:

"The National Visa Center (NVC) has received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy overseas. NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy in MONTREAL, CAN to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable). The U.S. Embassy may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Please visit http://nvc.state.gov/interview for information about immigrant visa interviews."

I submitted all my documents/forms online (Montreal, so using their CEAC upload feature) on November 1.

Congrats!

I got the same email today! If you click into the "Accepted" tab of AOS and IV, you will see a green tick and "accepted" after each file and that means they already reviewed it!!!

Just sit back and wait for the interview appointment letter to come :)

need some help filling out I864 Affidavit Support form. Part 5, Sponsor's Household Size form . It automatically puts 1 in part where it says provide the number you entered in part 3 item number 28 which in my case is my spouse. but then again 3 says if you currently married enter 1 for your spouse. so what should i do? should i enter 1 there or leave it blank. if i put one then wouldn't it double count it in the total household size number?

Don't count the same person more than once.

So if there is only YOU and YOUR SPOUSE, nobody else in your household, then the end total should read 2.  In my case, I had just SPOUSE and ME, and put 2 in the first box and 0 for spouse (since already counted), ending at 2.

Also don't leave anything blank.  Put 0 in those that are not applicable or none for that question.
