Hi,

In form I-485 Part 2 Application Type or Filing Category:

Q. 01:
" NOTE: Attach a copy of the Form I-797 receipt or approval notice for the underlying petition or application, as appropriate. " - Image Uploaded

I didn't get a separated paper as a Form I-797 Receipt, I did search about this receipt & it contains 3 letters + 10 digits = 13 numbers, the 3 letters represent the service center that received the case ( Mine is WAC =  Western Adjudication Center <now known as California Service Center> ) & I found this number in my K-1 Visa in my passport, is there an official I-797 receipt paper that I must attach a copy of it or in my case it can be a copy of the passport page which include my K-1 Visa?

Q. 02:

" Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA}section 245(i) " - Image Uploaded
What should I answer, Yes or No ?

Q. 03:
" If you are the principal applicant, provide the following information..." - Image Uploaded
Does that apply on me ? I don't have children in my case or any other person in my case ( K-1 Fiance Visa ) if this is what it's about!
More details below in the Uploaded Image...

Thanks in advance & I'm sure I'm gonna come back asking again ;)

The petitioner should have received this notice shortly after the I-129F was approved (aka the "NOA2"). The receipt number begins with "WAC".

Provide the WAC number noted on the NOA1/NOA2/visa for #4.. The PD is basically useless for an I-129F so it shouldn't matter, but I used the Notice Date from the NOA1.

The derivative applicant sections don't apply to you.
