Unfortunately I was refused a visa because of "lack of recent photos" to prove the relationship between the petitioner and I. Keep in mind that I did have some photos of the petitioner in the US.

 

I have been asked to submit those.

Received email today for my interview. It has been scheduled for 4th December! Super excited but equally nervous!
