Congrats... How many days did yours take, and what embassy did you get interviewed?

Thanks. I had my interview at the Lagos Embassy on Monday and passports ready for collection on Wednesday. Message didn't come early enough on Wednesday though, had to wait till Thursday before I could pick 'em up.

Question... my husbands interview is Dec 26 how early can he get his medical exams done? There is a huge delay on getting results back fast it’s taking up to 20 days to get results back in the Dominican Republic so can he go a month before his interview?

Hello @Ebony1 have you picked up your passport and visa from dhl yet? I haven't collected mine yet cos I have not received a notification yet. Although it's showing issued on the ceac site. The lady said 10 days though.

My children's passports are ready for collection since Wednesday last week but mine isn't. I have tracked mine all over but status still not updated. On ceac site, we're all issued. I rang the embassy and I was told to wait. Perhaps after 10 days I shall ring them again if nothing happens. I don't live in Lagos so waiting for mine to be ready so I make a one-time trip to collect them passports and traveling documents.

I recommend he gets his medical now. It's not going to expire by the interview date. It's valid for about 3 months I think. It's better he starts now so he doesn't stand the chance of not meeting up with the interview date.

I wonder why, how can I track my passport if ready for collection apart from waiting for dhl text message
