Hi all. I am new here. I got a CC on 10/31. My embassy is Ghana. I have called and they told me they are still waiting to schedule interviews for my embassy. Anyone from Ghana here? any recent interviews scheduled?

So after first week of the month NVC doesn't issue anymore interview dates?

My interview is next Wed, and my wife is really anxious about it. She wants to travel all the way to brazil to attend the interview with me. Do you guys think it might help our case, or it wouldn't make any difference?

Hi all,

I read the information DWHeels76 posted. Very helpful. Now I'm looking for Madrid info, specifically.

Can anyone please remind me how I can find out how long it might take for my husband to get an interview in Madrid? Here is our situation:

- My husband is Moroccan, long time resident of Spain. (Also, how do I post to Spanish portal? We are on VJ as Moroccan and have Morocco as our portal.)

- We sent documents again to NVC after getting a checklist. Received at NVC in mail (return receipt) Sept 13. Scan date Sept 15.

- the 11 week wait (again) should end around Dec 1.

 

So again, trying to figure out a timeline in terms of travel and seeing each other for the holidays. (I'm in the US, obviously.  )

To be honest I thought it was quite unusual too. But the embassy where I interviewed can be intractable at times. I submitted pictures the following day. Now hope for the best to leave AP soon.

The nvc will send you an interview email (P4 )

my case complete was 4th oct. and I received my interview letter on 2nd november that my interview in cairo embassy is on Dec 4th .. so you can call them to see if you were scheduled or not ... if not I think your interview may be on January
