Hi, I have a short 1 week visit planned in December and have already received my NOA1.

This is my third visit this year (I stayed 5 weeks back in April-May and two weeks in September). The officers asked me a lot of questions last time I went, since my visits were not too long apart.

What can I take as proof of ties to my country? I have a steady job, but no mortages or loans. Thank you :)

PS. Also, do I fit in the rule of staying more time out than in the US?.

Hi

After my NOA1 I have gone two time to visit my fiance , in the two times only was 1 week each time, the officer did not ask me nothing, and I am thinking to visit my fiance again in 1 month,  I always have with my proofs about my life in Mexico, Works letter, Job's receipts, bank statements , but like I told you before, in the border never have asked nothing. I think if you have proofs about you life in Mexico and always say the true about your trip , all will be ok

Regards

Regards all   :)
