I have been interviewed.after one year Ap .i got denied and case returned to nvc on CEAC status.today i got some of my original documents from AEG express .packet was allready open i did not checked out there if passport included or not .but i will ask guy why i did not got my passport  with documents.but packet seal was open. Well i got a latter with my documents.i need help to understand this latter what exactly its saying from all u VJ members.case was CR1 spouse visa.

It simply says you were denied.  No specifics given at this point.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I am so sorry that you had to go through this after such a long time of AP too. You will get a notice - either a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) or NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke) at sometime, outlining all the reasons why you were denied. If you do a search for NOIR or NOID - you will find others who have posted their notices so you can see what kinds of things it says or what others experiences are. Usually it takes about 9-12 months to get that notice - as you have been on the Administrative Processing for so long, I don't know if it will get to you sooner. After you get this notice, the USC will have 30 days to respond as to why their allegations are NOT true. At that time it is sent back to the consulate to be "reaffirmed" and the new information reviewed for you to have another interview and be reconsidered. 

 

Unfortunately, sometimes people have 2-3 denials, all after long AP. I would suggest trying to gather as much information as you can about having a real relationship.

In this case it would be a NOIR, since the I-130 has already been approved, and it is revocation of that approval that is being recommended to USCIS by DoS.

 

OP, you would need to wait until USCIS completes their review. Expect this to take ~6-12 months. At the end of it they will either: (i) send you a Notice of Intent to Revoke, or (ii) re-affirm your approval and send your case back to DoS for another interview.

It took us s13 months to get our NOIR.  It will be mailed not emailed.  Keep an eye on your USCIS website for updates.  When they finally send it they will tell you its in the mail.  You can try calling in about  6 months but any earlier than that will be a waste of time unless you get updated quick. Good luck
