EMP/AP Card Renewal

Hello All, 
I am a Canadian now living in Oregon.
I filed for AOS from TN Visa in Oct 2016.
Received the EMP/AP Card in Feb 2017.
Since then, I have traveled several times to Canada with AC wife.
We were scheduled and attended interview meeting in April 2017.
After first interview which was done while seperating my wife and I, they sent request for additional information, which were sent in June 2017.
In addition, my wife was called for second interview which she attended in June 2017.
Since then, we have not received any update on status.
I still continue to travel to Canada as time permits.
Now, EMP/AP Card is expriing in Feb 1st, 2018.
Employer already sent a 120-day notice of expiration of EMP Card.
Should I apply for renewal of EMP Card, or continue to wait?
If reapplying, which form should I use, and where should I send the form - Chicago or Oregon office?

Yes you should apply for a EAD renewal. Once you do that your receipt automatically extends your employment for 6 months while you wait for a decision.

Which office should I sent the renewal to? Chicago Lock Box or Oregon.

Note that we attended all the interviews at Oregon field office.

Before I put in my application in the mail  for renewal of Employment Card.
I got this message this morning in myUSICIS:
 

New Card Is Being Produced

On November 3, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Please note that MSCXXXXXXXXX is the Receipt Number for my Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status..
While  MSC1BBBBBBB is for original employment card. Here is the message I got then - On February 7, 2017, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number MSC1BBBBBBB, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by March 9, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does this mean I dont need to apply for new Employment Card?

It means your green card is approved. You do not need a EAD/AP card anymore.

How many days lapses between when one gets the message :
 

"New Card Is Being Produced

On November 3, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number ...."

 

and when you receive  message :
"we mailed your new card for Receipt Number...., to the address you gave us..."
