More details would be helpful.  Perhaps fill in your time-line.   Depends on what stage you are at.  Generally speaking if you enter on a k-1 visa you can not leave the USA until you have your AP card which is about 3-4 months after you file your AOS.   But perhaps you are at a different stage of the process.   If you have an emergency that requires travel before you get your AP card then you can make an info-pass appointment and perhaps be granted the right to re-enter

I’m sorry, is hard to me to talk in English. I just get my 1-797 receipt and still need to wait my biometric appointment letter. I just wanna ask if I can just go outside USA without my biometric.

and how long do I need to wait before they mail my biometric appointment letter?

Lots of questions need to be answered.

What is your current status?

Have you applied for adjustment of status?

Did you apply for advanced parole?

You need to have your application APPROVED (adjustment of status or advanced parole) before you can leave the US.

The biometrics does not mean your application has been approved yet.

You can leave the USA anytime you choose.   To get back into the USA you need to have one of the following:

    A) A green card -  Assume you don't have this unless your biometric appointment that you are waiting for is from Removal of conditions on a 2 year green card or on an application for citizenship.

    B) If you don't yet have a green card and just got married and filed your Adjustment of Status and have not yet received your letter for biometric appointment then NO you can not leave the USA and be re-admitted.  YOU MUST remain in the USA until you receive a 'card' in the mail that grants you 'Advance Parole' or AP for short.  You can apply for this card for free when you apply for your adjustment of status form and your should have done this.   If you did then you'll get your card normally in 3-4 months after you file.  If you have emergency travel requirements prior to receiving the EAD/AP combo card then you may make an appointment called an INFOPASS appointment at your local USCIS office BEFORE you leave the USA to get emergency AP so that you can re-enter after your travels.

In short,   no I suspect that you can not leave the USA and get back in after you leave.
