We just noticed that the USCIS# (A#) on my husband's green card is different from the A# on his I-129 NOA. We accidentally used the A# from the I-129 NOA on his I-751. Any idea what may happen with this type of error and what if anything we should do at this point in time? We have received the I-751 NOA but we have not yet received a biometric appointment.

I don't know. I only just realized that the numbers were different while preparing an unrelated form. I've searched VJ and found that some other folks have different Alien numbers pre and post AOS like my husband, but I don't know the reason why. I'm concerned that using the I-129 A number on the application will cause problems with his ROC.
