Which comes first: CHeck cashed or Text?

Hi guys! i'm just wondering, which happens first? Check being cashed or the Text (accepting the packet)

They will definitely cash your check and might not send any texts at all. I always put my phone number on my N-400 and never got a text or email once.

We got the message from the bank that the checks were cashed first and a couple of hours later we got the texts. But like the comment above, I have a friend in which she got the checks cashed but the texts never came =)
