"All" pages of passport?

I'm just about to file the I-130 for my Chilean husband. I'm a US citizen using my passport as proof of citizenship. When it says to photocopy "all" pages of the passport, does this really mean all? I just got a new one and it's one of the 52-page booklets, and it seems kindof dumb to submit 25 pages of blank passport pages. Will it be sufficient to just photocopy the cover, ID page, and any pages with stamps on them?

I used my passport as well but when photocopying it, I used the setting that allowed 4 "copies" per page. It was still time consuming and seemed dumb but it was way faster than responding to an RFE for copies of every page. It also made me feel like I wasn't wasting as much paper for nothing. USCIS won't know if the other pages are blank unless you send them all of them. Just a thought. Hopefully someone who's only sent in the ones you mentioned will chime in.

Yes they mean all and no you can’t just include the pages with something on them. It’s much easier to do birth certificate or naturalization certificate front and back ( even then it is the copy of the back which is blank and it does need to be included)

They ask for all to see where and when u have traveled / very important for the possible terriorists countries but they need to check each and every person the same

If u left out a page, they can think there is something u do not want them to see

Thanks everyone for the replies! I conclude that I need to photocopy literally all the pages, sigh. My mom has my birth certificate but she lives across the county and doesn't know how to use a scanner, it's just easier for me to use my passport. I think the point about terrorism and seeing where you've traveled is kindof a moot point, though, since I just got a brand-new passport and it has zero stamps in it. The old one is much more interesting to look at! Anyways, thanks all.

I filed by I-130 with a lawyer, and all they wanted from both mine and my spouse's passport was the bio page
