It looks like they are not reading the details on the court documents! Its so annoying.. i sent the consular officer a letter explaining that their is no 2nd arrest we already did everything in our power.. We asked different government offices if they can provide us with a document that says he has never been arrested for illicit group but they only give us a paper that mentions his theft.  We are tired lol.

My attorney said that they didn't read the paperwork because the paperwork plain and clear states that he wasn't involved in any Gang Related activity but I just wish they would give me some answers I'm to the point that if they deny him deny him so that we can start filing for his papers to Canada. I just want my family back

They must not believe it.  Just be patient. I have read some cases that are in AP waiting a very long time and eventually being approved. Not hearing is better then being denied.

They was pulled over on tbe way to taco bell. I just hope they hurry I am a diagnosed epileptic. We have 5 children together and it seems like a never ending story. My husband is our sole provider. I am getting so behind on my bills and doing everything possible with my condition. My husband is also a diabetic and he has not been able to get his medication there until recently.

Sorry my misunderstanding, that sucks that they had only just met.

No he does not plan to come to Canada illegally. He has been in the u.s legal under work visas. We was now filing for a green card and hoping for citizenship. We have looked up immigration laws to Canada and it is easier for the Hispanic race to come legal there. We plan to do everything legally as we have been doing it legally here in the u.s

As I am reading this it is so similar to my situation and it breaks me to learn that you have health issues with 5 innocent children who must miss their daddy terribly.  It has been 70 days for us since my husband was placed under AP.  I contacted my senator we didn't know the reason why he was placed on AP and we now know it is because of his tattoos, his tattoos are his name, his nickname our daughters name and our wedding anniversary date no criminal record.  I really hope that our cases are solved and that our husbands can return home with their Green Cards.
