I-765 before AOS

I got merried almost 2 years ago for US citizen, I did not naturalize my status yet. Im in teh prcoess now.. I have a question: Please tell me if I can apply for a work autorization now and in the 2 -3 weeks for AOS.. or together for aos and work autoriazation.. and what about I 864 or I 485.. can I sent during the next 2 moths for expample.. Please help me in my all confusion.Thanks alot

You can't apply for work authorization before AOS...without the AOS, you have no basis for work authorization.

I485 is AOS, I-864 is part of AOS. So those have to go together as well.

oki, thanks alot. but forms I-864 have to go too.. my husband didi not file last year tax . he has some issue, so Im just asking about I 864 form... if I have to file this form together with anothers

If you dont include it you will get a Request for Evidence in the mail and will have to send it then... it will delay your case and if you fail to send it to them then your AOS will be denied and you will be deported...

Then they will put your application on hold and send you a request for evidence (RFE). If you don't respond to the request, you application will eventually be denied.

YES.

You will not get any appoval without the I-864 and if he hasn't filed his taxes, you also won't get any approval. It MUST be submitted with the AOS. He has to do his taxes before you do anything.

For our interview, I need 3 years of taxes, so I'd prepare on needing three years.

is there link to find a civil surgeon??? oki, with thax return i m going to play not infomred well and i m going to sent for a 2005, 04, 03.. maybe they wil ask in the 6 moths so, he can done his tax return for 2006, what you think??
