I got the whole AOS package that I sent to Chicago Lockbox except the form I-485 back in the mail today. The note says:

If your intent to file an application for immigration benefits, your submission should include a properly completed and signed application/petition along with the proper fee.

* Highlighted in the notes that was sent to me

Questions:

1. Do I have to send the whole package again?

2. I send $395.00 for the application and biometric fee...is that the right amount?

3. I am on a k-3 visa and on the Part 2 of the I-485 form, I checked letter a, am I correct?

4. When you got an RFE, do they send the whole package back to you?

1. What exactly was included in your package?

2. $395 in total.

3. A is correct but you need to include evidence that you have an approved I-130 or at least a pending one in the form of a NOA1 or a NOA2 for the I-130.

- Everything is sent back except the application form. I think I forgot to send the I-485 form because I don't recall printing it

- I do have the copy of the NOA2 for the I-130. My package is complete (well, not exactly )

Well you'll have to send the whole thing back with a completed and signed I-485 and cheque for $395. You also need the I-864 in there too with supporting documents. Good luck!

If you're filing the I-130 as well (petition for alien relative), your husband needs to fill out a G325A. If you came on a K1, you don't have to, if you came on a K3, you already did.
