Okay so here goes. This is a messed up situation and I really need some solid advice.

Basically, I entered the US on a K1, got married and then left before my AOS came through due to relationship issues. Now I feel like I messed up and want to go back, but I don't know how. What kind of visa can I apply for, can I get AP at this point or is there any chance of me just re-entering.

Super worried about all this, and would really appreciate some help.

Thanks in advance guys

CR1 visa if you're still married.  Takes about 12-18 months.

You abandoned your AOS when you left the USA without Advance Parole. Your AOS is not invalid. Your spouse has to file for a CR1. Takes 1 year to 1,5 years with an Interview abroad. Be prepared for questions at the Embassy

No other option but to file a CR1 visa. Current timeline is 12 - 18 months.
