I tried to reschedule my interview, they cancel it but sent me another letter after a week that my new interview is on Nov 27. So it just delayed for month and half.

But that might not be case in your local office, they might be really busy and delay you for 6 months , who knows?

You can just try to reschedule it once and see what happen?

Gotcha! Good luck with your case! I still haven’t received a letter but I’m guessing it might be around the same time!

Have you thought about rescheduling again?

Im wandering if there is a limit of times you can reschedule your case? The worst case scenario they will just say you can’t reschdule anymore right?

my plan is right now I’m going to the court with my dui lawyer to talk to them, he said I have strong arguement because I made honest mistake by not knowing and sending N400 while on probation and now this is only thing which can save me another way I will loose fees I pad plus all this precious time I have been waiting...

if it is successful and Judge will grant early termination of my probation then I’m good to go for interview other way I will try to reschedule. Maybe you should also try to terminate your probation now so you are clean to go for interview?

My prosecutor is women, yes it does make a huge difference. My original charges were DV Assault and battery 4 degree (Simple Assault) Class A misdemeanor, which she do me a favor and lowered it down to Harassment ( Physical Contact ) No injury Class B Misdemeanor. She told me you have to complete your probation no matter what.

So their is no way she is going to terminate my probation. Your field office which is LA, I will cancel the appointment which I give you a little hint. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/if-you-feel-sick-please-consider-canceling-and-rescheduling-your-uscis-appointment

And hopefully they put you back way behind everyone for few months.

Good Luck to you.

Another suggestion for you, Find out if this DUI is CIMT? They might not even approve your application till you complete your 5 year period. I hope this not the case.

Thanks! My DUI is not CIMT, yes fist I will try to terminate this probation at the court on Novemeber 17th but if that is not succesfull then I will be rescheduling and hoping to push me further after my end of probation date.

Does anyone know how long is wait time for a letter from the date they update status on the website?

They changed status on October 27th to interwiew scheduled but I haven't received the letter with specific date yet...

Did you received a letter yet? My lawyer said, There is a good chance your application will not be approved till your probation is over. And very little chances of denial, because its not a CIMT and your crime was occurred after you filed for N400 . So I decided to go to interview and see what happens?

My probation will end on Feb 24, 2018.

I have received my letter with interview on December 5th. I have court date according to early termination of probation on November 17th and I am planning to go to court with my lawyer to convince the Judge to terminate it so I am good to go on the 5th. If for some reason it wont be granted I think I will try to reschedule first and see what will be my new date of interview.
