Yes, finally, wow, thanks a lot, you will get yours soon too. The app I use is called USCIS status app, I think it is used by many. Will keep you guys posted for sure.

Yes, the ultimate goal is 400 at this point. I am glad I applied for 400 when I was eligible without just waiting for 751. Maybe my the 751 prompted the 400 interview? Who knows?

Thanks for your support. I appreciate it, you will eventually get there too. Keep me posted as well!

Youre very welcome, I am due to apply later this month, got to work out the days out of the country and I travel to England twice a year,   so sometime I need to sit down and count all those days  Also, I don't know how I a meant to cross out 5 to 3 years online. However, this isnt about me this about you and your interview and finally your ROC and N400 approval. Who would have thought this a couple of years ago that we have to apply for N400 if we can to actually receive ROC. Complete madness!!

I got this new case alert through my USCIS app few minutes ago, but it has the same info as the last update. A glitch or a major update is coming about the interview?? I won't get my hopes up, but I remain cautiously optimistic, got me excited for a few seconds. Anyone has seen this before?BlurImage_13-2-2018-0-13-25.thumb.png.038a7f59fc260336ad042881c5db08b0.png

I use an app too.  A few weeks ago I got an alert  thoughtr it was for me at first but it wasn't it was another case that had been approved, approved, card sent out and then it got sent back. I don't even know if those poor people are aware of it.

Oh, my GOD, I hope they are not aware of it, it is a heartbreaker. I believe you don't have to wait too long to get your GC and file for naturalization. In my case as a CSC applicant, I won't get my GC for next 5 or 6 months which is crazy. I would rather file for naturalization next month and get done sooner.

It depends on what kind of app. My app used to tell me something like "A similar application to your has been approved", but the app doesn't do that anymore maybe it created confusions. The app I have been using is pretty straight forward.

That is a better plan in this unprecedented CSC year of 751 delay. Always have to look ahead and focus on the eventual goal of 400.

It is all due to CSC's never before seen/unprecedented delay. CSC's 751 backlog makes VSC look extremely normal.  VSC's processing times actually remain the same as ever, it is CSC's huge delay that makes VSC seem much faster by comparison, pretty messed up.

I don't know if they are, hopefully they are so they can reclaim it.   It will be a year in a week or so and I intend to apply for N400, I don't want more delay just because they are processing cases so slow.  I don't want to delay N400 as I don't trust them not to slow down with N400 after my experience with AOS and now ROC.

Ha, ha I don't think VSC are any where near normal.   Nearly convinced me then, but not quite!! Lol :)

I wouldn't put too much faith in online case status or the apps

This one was denied over five months ago now...but the USCIS case checker (and therefore app) status still shows 'received'

I am VERY glad that the N-400 is not only fileable online, but the notices come through online as well, so you know exactly what is going on.

CR1 / DCF (London): 2012 / 2013 (4 months from I-130 petition to visa in hand)

I-751 #1- April 2015 [Denied]

April 2015 : I-751 Joint filing package sent fedex next day 09:00am from UK ($lots - thanks).
Jan 2017: Notification that an interview has been scheduled at a local office. Bizarrely still no RFE...
Jan 2017: 2hr wait, then interview terminated before it began, due to moving my ID to another state 2 wks prior. New interview 'in a few months...maybe.'   Informed them that divorce proceedings are underway, but not finalised at this time.
March 2017: An Interview was scheduled - marked as no-show as they didn't actually send out a notification of interview. FML
April  2017: Filed an official complaint with the ombudsman, and have requested Senator & Congressman assistance
August 2017: Interview - switched to a (finalised) divorce waiver. Told that decision will be made that afternoon, but no problems foreseen with my case.
October 2017: Letter of Denial received - reason given as 'I-751 petition was not properly filed'. Discovered ex-spouse made false allegations to USCIS in 2015. No opportunity given to review & refute allegations  - contrary to USCIS policy.

I-751 #2 - Oct 2017 - Mar 2021[Denied]

October 2017: Within 72hrs of receiving denial notice, a new waiver I-751, divorce decree & $680 cheque, sent to Vermont via FedEx overnight 9am priority.
Dec 2019: Filed FOIA request for full A# file
Feb 2020: FOIA request completed - entire A# file received as a .PDF; 197 pages fully redacted, and 80 partially redacted. Don't waste your time!
March 2021: I-751 #2 denied for lack of evidence. No RFE, no interview, and evidence in previous I-751 not reviewed - contrary to policy. Huge errors in adjudication.

N-400 - Feb 2018 - Apr 2021 [Denied]

February 2018: N-400 filed online.  $725 paid to the USCIS paperwork wastage fund

February  2019: Interview - cancelled after a four hour wait due to 'missing paperwork' on their end. Promised Expedited reschedule.

March 2021: Interview letter received, strangely dated after I-751 denial. No I-751 interview conducted. N-400 interview and test passed, given 'cannot make a decision at this time' paper due to the ongoing I-751 nightmare...

April 2021: N-400 denial received citing recent I-751 denial as basis for ineligibility, even though it should have been a combo interview 🤯

I AM JACK'S COMPLETE LACK OF SURPRISE

Service Motion - March 2021 [Sent via FedEx & COMPLETELY IGNORED by USCIS]

March 2021: Service Motion request sent overnight addressed direectly to field office director, requesting urgent review and re-opening, based on errors in adjudication - citing USCIS policy, AFM and memorandums as basis for errors. This was completely ignored by USCIS.

 I-751 #3 - June 2021 - Jan 2024 [Denied]

IT'S GROUNDHOG DAY

June 2021: I-751 #3 (30+lbs/5000 pages of paperwork) & another $680 sent to USCIS via FedEx ($300+..thanks) ....

June 2021: Receipt issued, card charged, biometrics waived, infopass scheduled for I-551 stamp number ten.....

Feb 2022: RFIE (no, not an RFE, a Request For Initial Evidence) received, for copies of the divorce paperwork that they already have 😑

July 2022: Infopass for I-551 stamp number eleven.....

August 2023: Infopass for I-551 stamp number twelve....

January 2024: Denial received, ignoring the overwhelming majority of the filing, abundance of evidence, and refutation of a provably false allegation. The denial also contradicts itself in multiple places, as if it was written by someone with an IQ <50.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

2024: FML. Seriously. I'm done.

It takes VSC about 1 year and 1 month to process 751. For CSC 751 applicants, it takes about 1 year and 4 to 5 months now. VSC has not really changed that much in terms of processing times, it is CSC that has had such a huge delay since 2016. It used to be 6 to 8 months for CSC applicants.

Hi everyone! I want to share my Pending ROC and N400 cases. So, I applied for removal of condition way back in October of 2016. Got my NOA1 dated 11/03/16. And on 10/23/17 I went ahead and applied for N400. I sent it through USPS. I got my NOA1 with a priority date 10/27/2017. January 10/2018 I received an email stating that there is an update on my N400 case and there it was I was scheduled for an interview at Denver CO office. My interview was in 02/14/2015 at 7:30 am. I was called 8 mins early. My interview went pretty smooth and the officer told that I passed but unfortunately he cannot give me an approval because he has to review my ROC application. He then said CSC ended up sending my ROC here in Denver since I filed N400 while my roc is still pending. I’ll keep you posted if there’s any changes on mine. Good luck guys!

Really a ####### shoot, some officers bypass 751's, but some have to review them. I am sure you will be approved very soon though, keep us posted. I don't know why he could not just review your 751 there and approve it on the spot though, that is a drag. Really depends on the officer.
