did you make an inquiry for the N-400? I did 15 days ago and the guy in the line was nice and told me that if I don't hear nothing in 15 to 30 day I have to call back to step in the next level of this matter.

I did. I had been pending. Also, I made many calls, and I think it is not a good thing, cos they started to ignore me,

and help less and less.

I think at this point I will wait until 13 moths pass and if I don't heat anything back I will withdraw the application and start over, it will be cheaper than pay a lawyer.

Possibly. It is very complicated. Just because someone is not doing their job, I have to pay again and wait again. :(

You mean you made inquiry based on N-400 interview passed 120 days? how did you make it? call 800 number??

I will call back to USCIS after my 30 days if they don't give me any solution I will try to contact my congressman she got her office across my street
