Hey,everyone! I recently submitted a service request and I got a reply today. It says "your form i-751 and form n-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time. " There hasnt been an update since it was transferred on Dec 21st. did anyone receive such reply and if so how long did it take for the interview to be scheduled ? My extension expires in april and my local office is 3,5 hours away. Not looking forward to drive 7 hours in total with a toddler to get a stamp. Thanks in advance!

It’s definitely depends on your local office’s processing time. But i will tell you more, the real processing time for n400 doesn’t much with what they show you online (it’s much faster). I received an invitation for interview in one month after biometrics, but it really varies.

Hey, I have a question.  Based on what did you submit service request? Because Your ROC is out of processing time?

Yes) and they were quick replying- 3 days after submitting a request.

It has been 6 months since my biometrics (for n 400) were taken and I heard New Orleans office(my local) is very busy. I do hope it goes much faster than times posted cause according to that they are reviewing cases from June 2017 and I applied in August 2018.

Today, I had my combo interview and I passed. Woot, Woot.

The N400 letter didn't say it was a combo interview but I brought my spouse anyway. Good thing I brought my spouse or else I will be back again and wait to be rescheduled for another interview which may take 30-60 days.

The I-751 interview process didn't take long, IO just verified what you wrote on your application was true and checked documents. N400 interview didn't last 5 minutes.

Finally, I am done with the processing of documents. IO said to expect "Oathtaking letter" in the next 20 days or so.

In our case, one of us has GE. I mean I don't think it's about what country you are a citizen of - my question is are you eligible for GE based on conditional residence or you need a 10 year GC?

I had a conditional green card when I applied and they issued me a Global Entry card.

I applied for N400 on Jan 2nd. I did my biometrics.

On that biometrics NOA it has a box for “service center” and it says “NBC”. I didn’t get any update about my pending I751 since March2018, not my N400 , there hasn’t been any transfer as far as I know.

Anyone has the same case?
